ALVIA is a private advisory house. We treat every enquiry, conversation, and engagement with the discretion the work requires.

What we collect

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, the brand or organisation you represent, your email address, and the context you choose to share. We do not require any additional information.

How we use it

Your enquiry is read personally by Casandra Liddell and a small advisory team. We use it only to consider whether there is alignment for a conversation. We do not sell, share, or repurpose your data for marketing.

Email delivery

Enquiries and acknowledgement emails are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes the message in transit on our behalf and does not use the contents for any other purpose.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the technical cookies required to render pages and remember session state. We do not run advertising trackers. Limited, anonymised performance and error telemetry from our hosting platform may be collected to keep the site stable.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain relevant to an active or potential engagement, and then archived or removed. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold. Write to house@houseofalvia.com and we will respond personally.
